MMEA Conference 2026

October 15-16, 2026

The Montana Music Educators Association Conference will be held in Bozeman at Gallatin High School. The official conference hotel is Homewood Suites. The hotel is offering Single King Suites for $139 per night (plus tax). This rate is valid through October 1st. In order to get that rate click this link. MMEA Registration Costs for 2026:

Conference Registration for NAfME Members: $70

If you are within the first two years of your teaching career, you are eligible for half off your conference registration.
NAfME Retirees: $0
MSMTA Members who are non-NAfME: $100

MGMTA Retired: $15
MCDA: $125
MCDA Retired: $45
MBA/MCDA: $136.40
MBA/MGMTA Joint Membership: $52.80

Extra non-Teaching Family Member (includes name tag in order to attend Host Night and All-State Concerts): $10
Lunches: TBA in August (MUST ORDER BY Friday before conference)
Optional donation to Mentorship Fund: intervals of $5
*MSTA Members register for their affiliation through their national organization
